About this event
The 2026 Convention opened with arrival, golf and a day of community engagement at Mabokoni Primary School, where delegates mentored pupils and planted trees with them.
The Official Opening on 17 September led into sessions on climate action, sustainability, policy and urban governance, alongside the exhibition, the Governing Council meeting and the Opening Cocktail. Day three turned to people, place, innovation and the future of construction, with the Build Tour of Kwale and the Gala Dinner, and a post-convention build tour followed on the 19th.
